The process of logging isn't new, people having been logging their tasks on paper, walls, diaries and tons of other places. Similarly in DevRev we have multiple work objects, and this project comprises the journey of creating the work capture experience

Agent Builder lets you create and manage AI agents to automate your business workflows. You define what tasks the agent should handle by setting up logical steps and actions. The agent has access to all your unified company data (from your CRM, ticketing system, knowledge base, etc.), so it understands context and makes informed decisions (which are powered by skills). You can monitor and manage agent performance directly from DevRev. It turns manual, repetitive work into autonomous, intelligent automation.

Teams across support, CSM, product, and eng repeatedly solve the same customer problems manually because the knowledge base does not contain the right information (or it is outdated, incomplete, or conflicting), and as a result L1 revusers cannot be self‑served

Teachmint is an education infrastructure platform that helps teachers manage virtual classrooms alongside traditional, physical ones. Within this ecosystem, Homework is a feature that allows teachers to capture and communicate post-class tasks digitally. In most classrooms, homework is still announced verbally or written on a blackboard, making it easy for students to forget or misrecord it. Teachmint aims to support this existing classroom behavior by providing a digital space where homework can be logged, revisited, and tracked beyond the classroom.
